Most direct-hire searches run on a contingent basis: you pay when we place someone. For executive roles and hard-to-fill specialist searches, we work on a retained basis, with a defined search process and regular updates. When you need talent for a program, a schedule, or a surge, we staff it on contract.
We provide W-2 contract labor for program-driven hiring, engineering augmentation, manufacturing surge capacity, and clearance-required roles. We carry the contractor — payroll, benefits, insurance, and compliance — so you get the people you need without adding headcount or administrative burden. One invoice. One point of accountability.
We support placement of cleared contractors at the Secret, Top Secret, and TS/SCI levels for defense and dual-use programs.
